Hi all

Sorry for delay in submitting my weight loss (no change) has been particularly hectic at work this week with loads of visitors.

This week I REACHED THE 2 stones LOST MARK! Whoop de doop - got my tassels out and did a special dance to celebrate ! ThumpUp

I think we are all doing VERY well. My WW leader asked me how losing the weight had affected me. These are a few of things I have noticed:

My blood pressure is now down to 'normal'.

I don't have to buy new clothes because the old ones in the wardrobe that didn't fit ... do now!

I don't get quite so tired.

I can put my socks on (usually) without the Soxon gadget.

Because I feel better in myself, I cater more sensibly and am enjoying trying out simple WW recipes.

So keep on you losers - nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels Smile

Warmest wishes, Ann

Forgot to post last week. I stayed the same ThumbDown

But my weightloss is turning out to be a bi-weekly loss BigGrin

As long as I'm not putting weight ON Scared I don't mind.

Well done Melly. If at first you don't succeed - just keep trying - it worked with you BigGrin

I am unable to get on the scales at the moment. I did try with my carer helping, but trying to get straight out of a wheelchair onto wobbly scales and standing still on one foot, just doesn't work Scared

My problem is all my lovely friends and family that keep bringing me plated-up meals. They are so scrummy and of course, I HAVE to eat them. It would be churlish not to do so! But when I don't get 'meals on wheels' I have WW meals, either bought ones or recipes that I made myself and froze.

So I'm hoping I haven't put anything on. I don't feel as though I have. But then you never know - sometimes I feel as though I've lost and the scales say NOOOOO. I'm hoping to get to WW next week when the truth will out. Blink

Keep on you losers.

Keep up the good work everyone, I am so impressed, I haven't even lost weight during Lent!

Mark has now lost a total of 9lbs and his trousers are VERY loose! LOL
